About the team
Our Strategy & Operations team is the engine that transforms how attorneys deliver exceptional legal services. This high-performing team of 8 operators focuses on building systems and insights that elevate attorney performance through data-driven strategies and AI-powered solutions. They collaborate closely with legal teams, product engineering, and executive leadership to implement scalable performance improvements across the organization.
Ideal experience
You're a proven leader who has successfully managed high-performing teams of 10+ professionals, ideally with experience in strategy, operations, or marketplace roles. You have a track record of implementing OKR frameworks and driving measurable performance improvements in complex, knowledge-work environments. Your background likely includes experience in consulting, legal operations, tech strategy, or similar roles where you've had to optimize human performance through systems and data. You're genuinely AI-native — not just someone who uses ChatGPT occasionally, but someone who deeply understands how to integrate AI into workflows and decision-making processes. You have strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex datasets and translating insights into actionable strategies. Most importantly, you're a first-principles thinker who can break down complex problems, challenge existing assumptions, and build elegant solutions from the ground up.

This role exists to revolutionize how attorneys work by gamifying the right behaviors, eliminating inefficiencies, and leveraging AI to deliver superior legal outcomes. You'll be architecting the future of legal performance management, where every interaction is optimized, every strategy is data-informed, and every attorney operates at their peak potential. This is a rare opportunity to lead the intersection of operational excellence and cutting-edge technology. You'll own the strategic vision for attorney performance optimization while building and scaling systems that make our legal teams the most effective in the industry. The impact extends beyond efficiency metrics — you're fundamentally changing how legal work gets done and setting new standards for what's possible when human expertise meets AI acceleration.
