  • We do not disclose legal matter data to any third party except as directed by the law firm or as required by law, and we will inform the law firm of any such legal requirement before disclosure where permitted.

  • We maintain confidentiality obligations with all personnel who access legal matter data.

  • Upon termination of a service engagement, we will return or securely destroy legal matter data as directed by the law firm client.

Law firms engaging our services are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with the Arizona  Rules of Professional Conduct, including rules on confidentiality and supervision of non-lawyer assistants.
