Dan Mishin is serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits. He started his first company at 11 and has been building ever since. Most notably, he scaled June Homes to $60M in profitable revenue before its recent merger with the category's other major player.
Originally from Ukraine, Dan navigated the U.S. immigration system firsthand and saw an industry ripe for disruption. He is now applying his proven track record of building high-growth, profitable companies to transform how legal services are delivered, combining operational excellence with a deeply personal mission to fix a broken system.

He spent a decade at Google before leading engineering at Gro Intelligence, a high-growth startup tackling one of the world's most complex technical challenges: modeling environmental impact at global scale through sophisticated data systems.
As a repeat entrepreneur, James experienced firsthand the frustration of dealing with outdated legal services, inefficient processes, poor technology, and lack of transparency. Now he is channeling that frustration into building the modern infrastructure lawyers desperately need, applying the same technical rigor he used to solve planetary-scale problems to transform how millions navigate their own legal journey.
