This role owns new business across our SMB segment — high-growth startups and scaling companies navigating corporate immigration for the first time or outgrowing their current solution. You will run a high-velocity, consultative sales motion with HR, People Ops, and Talent stakeholders at companies that need to move fast and trust their immigration partner to get it right. Deals are shorter in cycle than our mid-market and enterprise motions, but require the same rigor in discovery, follow-through, and buyer empathy — these are high-stakes decisions for the people you're selling to, even at smaller company sizes. You'll work closely with prospects to understand their hiring plans, map their immigration needs, and show them how Manifest's attorney-led expertise and proprietary platform can replace the chaos of their current process. Speed, responsiveness, and genuine curiosity about a prospect's business will set you apart. This is a hunter role. You'll own your pipeline end-to-end — from outbound prospecting through close — and will be expected to build and manage a high volume of active opportunities at any given time. Own the full SMB sales cycle from prospecting through close (companies with fewer than 21 LCAs) • Run high-volume outbound prospecting via cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and referrals • Build relationships with Founders, HR leaders, People Ops teams, and Office Managers at fast-growing companies • Conduct sharp, efficient discovery to quickly qualify fit and uncover immigration pain points • Demo the Manifest platform and clearly articulate the value of attorney-led immigration support • Manage a high-activity pipeline with discipline and forecasting accuracy • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong early client experiences • Represent Manifest at startup ecosystem events, HR meetups, and networking engagements • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
