About the team
You'll join our founding sales team of 4 best-in-class Account Executives who've built the foundation of Manifest corporate immigration business across our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. This is a high-performing, self-driven team where every AE owns their pipeline generation end-to-end — from identifying prospects through closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. As we scale from our proven foundation, you'll work alongside seasoned operators who understand the nuances of selling into Global Mobility and HR functions, collaborating closely on deal strategies while maintaining the entrepreneurial, results-driven culture that's fueled our early success.
Ideal experience
2+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with background selling into HR, People Operations, Legal, or compliance-critical functions. You should be confident in leading high-consequence deals with legal, procurement, and compliance stakeholders. Strong executive presence with ability to build trust across senior HR, Mobility, and Legal audiences. Expert in multi-threading, account mapping, and disciplined deal orchestration. Comfortable navigating long cycles, complex RFP processes, and multi-entity decision structures. Operator mindset that is organized, methodical, and able to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end.
About the role
This role owns new business for small and medium corporate prospects and drives complex, multi-stakeholder deals that sit at the intersection of immigration law, global compliance, and workforce strategy. You will manage long-cycle, RFP-aligned opportunities, run deep discovery, navigate procurement and legal review, and design pilots that convert into multi-year partnerships. This role is built for a strategic sales operator who can sell trust, expertise, and transformation. You'll engage CHROs, Legal leaders, Talent teams, and Procurement stakeholders to diagnose needs, map immigration requirements, and architect solutions that blend attorney-led expertise with the Manifest proprietary platform. This motion is network and event-driven, working alongside Marketing to develop relationships through curated dinners, roundtables, industry events, and prospecting.
