About The Team
You'll be joining our growth team that focuses on building authentic connections with individuals navigating complex immigration journeys. We're a tight-knit group of 8-12 people who believe in the power of human connection and community-building to help people find the legal support they need. The team collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success to create seamless experiences that genuinely serve our audience.
What We're Looking For
You bring 3-5 years of marketing operations, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience at a B2C company — ideally in a high-consideration vertical like fintech, healthcare, consumer health, legal services, or financial services. You've owned a webinar program end-to-end and you think about it as a growth channel, not a series of one-off events. You know your way around webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, Goldcast, On24, Demio, BigMarker, or similar), you're hands-on with HubSpot or Marketo, and you're comfortable enough in SQL or a BI tool (Looker, Mode, Metabase) to pull your own data and answer your own questions. You're equally comfortable producing a flawless 500-person webinar and running on-site logistics for a 30-person partner dinner — both require the same operational rigor. You've worked with diverse, multicultural audiences and understand the nuances of building authentic connections with communities that may have varying levels of trust in institutions.
What You'll Do
This role exists because we've built strong product-market fit in immigration legal services and webinars + events have emerged as one of our highest-ROI acquisition channels. You'll own and scale that engine end-to-end — roughly 75% webinar program, 25% in-person B2C events. Webinar program (~75%): - Own end-to-end production of ~40 webinars/month: topics, speakers, platform setup, dry runs, day-of moderation, post-event nurture - Manage the underlying martech stack: webinar platform, HubSpot/Marketo lead flow, UTM tracking, attribution, lead routing - Partner with the growth team on promotion (email, paid, social, partner cross-promo) and report on the full funnel: registration → attendance → MQL → SQL → consult → revenue - Coordinate speakers across internal experts, immigration attorneys, and external community partners — including programming for Chinese, Brazilian, Colombian, Russian, and other immigrant audiences - Build the repeatable playbook (templates, run-of-show, vendor list, segmentation logic) that lets us scale webinar cadence without sacrificing quality In-person events (~25%): - Coordinate ~4 in-person events/month: community meetups, partner dinners, conference presence, immigration workshops - Own logistics end-to-end: venue, vendors, catering, AV, registration, day-of run-of-show, post-event follow-up - Track event ROI alongside the webinar funnel — registrations, attendance, leads, pipeline contribution - You're measured on pipeline generated through webinars and events, not on engagement metrics or attendee satisfaction.

You're an operator at heart. You love when a webinar funnel cleanly attributes every lead back to the right campaign, when registration emails actually deliver, when the speaker prep doc is so dialed in that day-of feels boring. You're comfortable being the most technical person in the events meeting and the most events-fluent person in the marketing ops meeting. You genuinely care about the people you're serving and understand that webinars in this space require cultural sensitivity, patience, and authentic relationship-building rather than aggressive sales tactics. You want a role with real channel ownership, a direct line to the Head of Growth, and a clear path to Manager as the function scales.
Not For You If
If you want a strategy-only role and don't want to be hands-on in HubSpot, Zoom Webinars, and the registration form QA, this isn't it. We're not looking for someone who views webinars as logistics work beneath them, or who treats events as pure brand-building disconnected from pipeline. If you're uncomfortable with ambiguity, need a fully built-out playbook to start, or expect every campaign to come with a clear owner already assigned, you won't thrive here. This also isn't the right fit if you're looking to work remote — this role is fundamentally about being present in our NYC office five days a week.
