You need 7+ years of fullstack development experience with strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript. You should have a proven track record of delivering complete features and products end-to-end that drive measurable business outcomes. Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and backend architecture patterns is essential. You must have experience building production-grade APIs with proper error handling, monitoring, and documentation, along with strong database design skills with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) is required. You should be located in Europe or able to travel to Europe on demand and have extensive daily use of AI development tools - using Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools for 50%+ of your coding. Preferred qualifications include experience at AI-native companies like Cursor, Replit, Vercel, StackBlitz, Augment, or similar organizations. A track record building client portals, CRMs, or case management systems with complex permission models is valuable. Experience implementing AI workflows using LLMs for document processing, automation, or intelligent features is desired, along with Python knowledge for AI/ML integration and tooling. Familiarity with legal tech or heavily regulated industries and startup experience with comfort wearing multiple hats and driving initiatives independently would be beneficial.
