About the team
Our marketing team is a data-driven powerhouse of about 15 people who believe that great marketing starts with understanding exactly who you're talking to and why they should care. We're heavy on analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success. The team values technical depth alongside creative strategy, and we're not afraid to get our hands dirty in the data to find insights that drive real business impact.
Ideal experience
Must have 7+ years in strategy, growth, operations, or business development at a high-growth startup, consulting firm, or operator-led company. Proven ability to build systems and processes that scale — you turn what's working into a repeatable machine. Strong analytical skills with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making coming naturally. Experience managing and developing a small team of 2-5 people. Strong relationship and outreach instincts — you know how to pitch, persuade, and build trust with external partners. Builder's mindset — energized by ambiguity and defaults to creating structure. Strong preferences include direct experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, ambassador programs, or brand partnerships. Familiarity with influencer economics including pricing, compensation structures, affiliate and performance-based models. Experience with multicultural or multilingual campaigns targeting specific ethnic/national demographics. Background in regulated industries such as legal, financial services, or healthcare. Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube as marketing channels. Track record of building playbooks and SOPs handed off to a team.
What You'll Own
We’re looking for a sharp, senior operator who parachutes into the highest-priority GTM initiative, owns it end-to-end, builds it into something that runs, and then moves to the next one. The way we work: we identify the GTM problem that most needs a senior owner, assign it to this person, and get out of the way. You diagnose what's broken, build what's missing, get it to a point where it's sustainable without you, and move on. The first project will be determined by what's most urgent when you start — but you should expect to own 2–3 distinct initiatives in your first year, each requiring a different set of skills and each leaving behind something durable. You'll report directly to the Head of Growth, B2C and work in close proximity to the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with real ownership — not a support function. What this role does: - Takes ownership of a high-priority, under-built GTM initiative and drives it from diagnosis through operational build to handoff - Produces concrete deliverables — systems, playbooks, frameworks, performance dashboards — not recommendations - Works as an individual contributor first; builds or hires resources as the initiative requires - Moves to the next initiative once the current one is stable and running without them - Acts as a force multiplier for the Head of Growth, B2C — takes things fully off their plate rather than sharing them The Kind of Initiatives You'll Own: Examples of the types of high-priority projects this role would lead — not an exhaustive list: building the operational foundation for a new or under-systematized acquisition channel; standing up the infrastructure for a new geographic or demographic market entry; designing and implementing a performance management and renewal framework for an existing program; building the reporting and analytics layer that gives leadership visibility into what's working across channels.

You thrive in externally-facing roles where relationship building isn't just part of the job but energizes you, whether that's crafting the perfect outreach sequence to land a top creator or negotiating partnership terms that work for everyone. You're equally comfortable diving deep into performance data to optimize the funnel and jumping on calls to build trust with influencers across different cultures and demographics. If you've ever built an operating playbook from scratch, handed it off to a team, and watched them execute it flawlessly without you, this role will feel like home.
Not for you if
This role isn't right for you if you prefer polished, resource-rich environments where strategies are handed to you rather than built from the ground up. If you're uncomfortable with ambiguity, need extensive infrastructure before you can execute, or tend to think in terms of what marketing should do rather than what actually moves the needle for customers, you'll struggle here. We need someone who instinctively asks "what does our audience actually want?" before "what do other companies do?" and who's energized by rolling up their sleeves to figure out what works, even when it's messy.
